1. Pick up a piece of notebook paper from the green basket on the back counter.
2. Write your first name, last name, and hour in the upper right hand corner.

4. Number 1 on your paper.  Using a Perfect 3 Sentence Answer, explain why you think this song/video was so popular when it came out.

6. Number 2 on your paper.  Make a list of 10 things that you think are cool.
7. Each student should share 1 thing that they think is cool with the class.
8. Number 3 on your paper.  Using a Perfect 3 Sentence Answer, can you think of a time when you preferred one thing over another simply because you had been exposed to it more?

10. As a class, discuss, what are some example of ways in which our subconscious preference for the familiar might harm us?
